Dispatch & delivery times
Items that are made to order take between 10 to 14 days and will be dispatched within 1-2 days once finished and checked.
For items that are in stock we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and usually within 1-2 days of your order (we dispatch on Monday-Friday).
Most items are sent using My Hermes and generally these parcels will take 3 working days to arrive. If you haven't received your item within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
Postage costs are shown individually for each item, and discounts apply for additional items on a single order.
Please enquire about postage costs for large orders.

We regret that orders for made to order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. Should your item not reach you in perfect condition, please notify us by via the contact page, within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, securely wrapped (including bubble wrap). Please obtain proof of posting. In such circumstances, once the item is received back by us we will provide a replacement or refund the cost of the return postage as well as your original purchase amount.
For orders for other items, if you wish to return an item the cost of return postage must be borne by you. Please notify us via the contact page in advance that you are returning an item. Items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, securely wrapped (including bubble wrap). Please obtain proof of posting. Upon receipt of the returned item in perfect condition we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the original postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the contact page and we will advise you of the returns address
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
Every item is individually made, therefore the final product may vary slightly from the product image. Fabric pattern positioning may differ from that on product images.
